About this role

ETFs and Index Investments Overview

The Index Wealth sales team is responsible for our business strategy, distribution of index products and model portfolio solutions via a broad set of Wealth Management intermediaries in Hong Kong and Singapore to service Private Bank clients. We manage daily relationships with key Wealth distribution partners to both sustain existing business and enable new growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop deep relationships with clients, including private banks and digital wealth platforms, to deliver our product offerings including ETFs.
- Execute and implement product campaigns via education sessions and develop scaled distribution methods, such as content creation, presentations, webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Participate in and organize client events, presentations, educational sessions as speaker, and further development of such formats.
- Be a comprehensive solutions advisor, offering additional services to clients like technology, our capital market views, portfolio construction support, and guidance on business model transformation.
- Ensure all regulatory & legal requirements and standards are met personally, within the team, and for all materials developed.
- Act as a reference point and coordinate with internal BlackRock functions such as Marketing, Portfolio Analysis and Solutions, Alternative Solutions, and Sales Support to deliver the highest service level to BlackRock clients.

Skills/Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven excellence in a relationship management role, ideally demonstrated by a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services.
- Thorough knowledge of the local Private Banking, Wealth, and Asset management market.
- Deep understanding of the sales process, prospecting, objection handling, closing, long-term relationship management, and product set - ETFs, and index products.
- Good research and data management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Relevant regulatory licensing required
- High-energy, positive “can-do” attitude and ability to work as a team player, accept substantial individual responsibilities.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues of all levels of seniority.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-intensity environment with a dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage complex, interdepartmental projects in a professional, inclusive, deadline-driven way.
- Uphold and behave in line with core BlackRock values.
