Technology Owner for eNVM Technologies, will be responsible for end to end ownership 40nm embedded memory technologies. This role entails driving fast decision-making for process changes and foundries event in collaboration with Product Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers as well as Infineon divisions, and silicon foundries

In your new role you will:

- Lead and own the **end to end process technology for 40nm embedded memory technologies, **ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with **Product Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, internal Infineon division and silicon foundries partners **to make swift and effective decisions related to process changes and foundries event
- Conduct **regular assessments of the 40nm technology processes **, identifying areas for **improvement and implementing solutions to enhance yield and quality.**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any **process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Min **Bachelor Degree **/ Master in Electronic Engineering/ Physics/Material Science or similar discipline
- Min 10 years in **process integration within front end (FOL) semiconductor**:

- In-depth knowledge in process integration preferably in **40nm **technology in foundries environment**:

- **Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes **and quality control procedures.
- **Proven experience **in driving fast decision-making processes, particularly in the context of **Product Change Review Boards and Material Review Boards.**:

- **Excellent English communication, presentation and collaboration skills **to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally
- Ability to **analyse complex technical data and make informed recommendations for process enhancements.**
