**What you will be doing**:

- Manage sustainability service projects in reporting, materiality assessments and ratings/indices, assurance and sustainable procurement. Draft technical proposals for clients with respect to sustainability service projects;
- Perform ESG gap analysis & benchmarking data analysis and presentation;
- Work closely with clients to improve their sustainability management system using a range of international standards (e.g., GRI).
- Develop, implement and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery with quality;
- Develop and deliver sustainability training and workshops to internal and external stakeholders. Work efficiently with the global team and clients to deliver projects on time;
- Actively participate in business development and marketing support. Additional responsibilities may be required in carbon advisory services.
- Achieve Green Building certifications, WELL certifications and etc for clients through conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions for implementation.
- Knowledge of other ESG frameworks and guidelines (such as SASB, GRESB, IR, TCFD, SBTi, RE100, CDP, DJSI, etc.) would be an added advantage;
- Actively participate in business development and marketing support. Additional responsibilities may be required in carbon advisory services.

**You are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Possess at least 2-3 years relevant experience in Sustainiability role in an in-housed role or consulting role
- Experience in preparing ESG report based on GRI/GRESB/TCFD requirements and provide advisory and consultancy services as well while putting up the ESG reports
- Good working knowledge of GRI and GRESB
- Knowledge of other ESG frameworks and guidelines (such as SASB, GRESB, IR, TCFD, SBTi, RE100, CDP, DJSI, etc.) would be an added advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office with good numerical analytical (especially project costing and rate of return) skills.
- Have a sense of urgency toward the completion of tasks and projects;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines;
- Good report writing & presentation skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- A quick learner with an initiative to take necessary actions beyond instruction given
