Singapore RED ENGINEERING TRACTEBEL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**_RED _**an expanding international M&E consultancy, with a proven track record in low energy design, focused on providing excellent design solutions to clients.

We now seek an experienced Graduate Engineer to be based in our Singapore office to inspire others. You will have the ability to run small and large sized projects, undertake a client facing role in the development, design, and co-ordination of engineering projects You will have experience in the delivery of data centres along with other sector experience including commercial, hotel, retail, and hotel design desirable.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with colleagues and clients, and experience working on innovative projects with leading client organisations, and contractors will equip you to take a future pro-active role in forging client relationships of our sector portfolio.

You will possess good commercial awareness, in addition to having robust technical knowledge relevant to building services design, and capable of incorporating those technologies into the hotel / hospitality and leisure sector. The position will ideally suit someone who is currently working in building service consultancy and is prepared to work ‘hands on’.

**Electrical Graduate - (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services)**
- Undertakes project work, taking delegated responsibility for the preparation of engineering designs for Mechanical or Electrical installations, systems, e.g. sizing of pipes for ventilation systems, hot & cold-water equipment, facilities etc
- Data manipulation of original drawings according to specification revisions
- Carries out independent reading and research to support drawing/specification accuracy
- Liaison with various contractors re designs and co-ordination of installations
- Ensures document control requirements are fulfilled prior to issue by making sure drawings have correct titles etc and are in correct order
- Advanced Graduate (1-2 years exp): Preparation of specification modifications (word or excel)

**Skills/Qualification**
- Postgraduate/Undergraduate in BSC/BEng (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical engineering discipline
- Working towards MCIBSE/MIEE or equivalent
- Basic working knowledge of CAD functionality
- Basic understanding of key Health and Safety issues and legislation
- Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software
- Basic understanding of BS standards
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work to deadlines
