Singapore ERP21 PTE LTD Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze existing SAP ECC MM configurations and assess required changes for S/4HANA compatibility.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, and documentation.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and redesign MM business processes leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.
- Support data migration activities using tools such as **LTMC**, **LSMW**, or **Data Services**.
- Work with cross-functional teams (SD, FI, WM, PP) to ensure smooth integration.
- Execute and support **SIT (System Integration Testing)**, **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)**, and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with developers for custom enhancements using Fiori or embedded analytics.
- Provide training and post-go-live support to end users during hypercare.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **8+ years of SAP MM experience**, with **at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA upgrade or greenfield implementation**.
- Strong knowledge of core MM processes: PR/PO, GR/IR, STOs, subcontracting, inventory management.
- Familiarity with new S/4HANA functionalities such as Fiori apps, MRP Live, and Business Partner.
- Hands-on experience with integration to FI, SD, and WM modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
