**Responsibilities**
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records promptly.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
- Coordinate HR events (meetings, celebrations, trainings, surveys etc.).
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.).
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Handle complaints and grievances professionally.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including internships with universities & polytechnics.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Manage & maintain the cleanliness & tidiness of all the offices.
- Ensure work and office supplies (e.g. laptops, stationery, pantry items) are promptly stock up and readily available for employees.
**Qualifications**
- Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant.
- Familiarity with HR Cloud-based systems (Info-Tech).
- Have at least 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or relevant role.
- Have prior experience in resume screening and preferably in conducting interviews
- Familiar in policies writing and HR processes.
- Innovative and highly driven for growth and improvement
- Good adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skill
- Experience in SME environment and/ or Fintech industry will be an added advantage.
**Benefits**
- Annual Leave Entitlement - 14 days; additional day of annual leave for every year ofservice completed, up to 21 days.
- Medical Claim - S$250 nett per annum; consultation fee only after maximum claim
- Mobile Claim - mobile charges for overseas use if travelling for business trip.
- Flexi-Work Arrangement Available (e.g. staggered work hours, telecommuting,compressed work week
- *Variable Wage Components (e.g. project bonus, AWS, incentives)
- This will depend on the performance of the employees that appraise by the manager and company's annual profitability. Incentives such as health check-up and mobile allowance if your grade is entitled.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
