**About the Roles**

Join a leading manufacturer serving the semiconductor industry as a **Manufacturing Engineer** based in **Loyang**. This is a **permanent, full-time role** with a **Monday to Friday schedule (8am-5.30pm)**, offering a **competitive basic salary with variable bonus**. You’ll be part of a dynamic engineering team focused on process development, production improvement, and technical innovation—an excellent opportunity to build your expertise through hands-on training and mentorship.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Develop and refine manufacturing process plans for both new and existing products.
- Review and optimize production cycle times to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Design and assist in creating tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges for production and quality checks.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct cost and time studies to support manufacturing process improvements.
- Support the preparation and documentation of first article (FA) submissions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, and cost reduction.
- Receive structured on-the-job training and guidance from experienced engineers.
- Gain exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM systems such as SolidWorks and SolidCAM.
- Build practical experience in project management, technical documentation, and problem-solving.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Genuine interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software is advantageous (training will be provided).
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
