**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute quantitative trading strategies to generate alpha across a range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and derivatives.
- Utilise advanced mathematical models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis techniques to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Collaborate with a team of talented traders and researchers to optimise trading strategies and exploit market inefficiencies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data to gain a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- Implement risk management protocols to ensure the protection of capital and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to trading strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and global market events to seise new opportunities and adapt trading strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a quant trader, consistently generating alpha in highly competitive markets.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++, and familiarity with quantitative analysis tools and libraries.
- Strong understanding of statistical models, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and market microstructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
