Manager (Energy & Sustainability)

**Job Summary
You will be a member of the Asia environmental team which is to strengthen the region’s environmental foundation and support the affiliated business entities to fulfil their environmental obligations and improve their environmental performances.
Your main role is on accelerating carbon net-zero paces in the region with a focus on prioritised companies/countries. You will have opportunities to work with manufacturing sites and corporate functions in the region. You will also collaborate with business partners and other stakeholders.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Renewable energy sourcing and carbon reduction technical solutioning for subsidiary companies
- Carbon accounting and other environmental KPI assessment
- Environmental knowledge training and content development for employees in the region
**Your Skills**
- Knowledge and experience in renewable energy options and solutions, Asia regional and country policies and trends
- Understanding of different types of business operations and strategies in Asian countries
- Proven project management skills with strong business acumen and consultative aptitude
- Logical thinking, analysing and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
**Your Profile**
- Recognised degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental related roles or similar job scope
- Collaborative team player, able to engage with different internal and external stakeholders
- Keen interest in environmental sustainability
