**Job Title**:Service Technician (Water Purifier Maintenance)

**Location**:Singapore
**Working Hours**:8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (Off days on weekdays)
**Uniform & Tools Provided**
**Carpark and ERP Fees Claimable**
**14 Days Annual Leave**
**Transport Fee Provided (for own bike)
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality customer service and perform maintenance services for water purifiers at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair water purifiers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain and service water purification systems, ensuring proper functioning.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical issues as needed (plumbing/electrical experience is a bonus).
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of service visits, including completing service sheets in **basic English **.
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a valid **Class 3 license **or own **motorbike **to travel to customer locations.
- Able to communicate **basic English **and write clear reports in **English **on service sheets.
- Previous **plumbing and electrical experience **is a plus.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Able to commit to working weekends, with off days on weekdays.
- Physically fit to carry out manual work and operate relevant tools.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
