**Job Description
Key member of Operation & Credit Control team in Private Banking Department to support the daily run-the-bank processes and controls with specialisation in the below responsibilities:
1) Issue credit documentation and ensuring that the terms and conditions complies with credit approvals.
2) Maintain proper records of credit files and credit documentation.
3) Support Credit Risk Manager in credit reviews, audit controls and system enhancement projects.
4) Prepare credit related reports and monitor credit violations for escalation to Credit Risk Manager and Management where required.
5) Facilitate and provide support in the processing of loan disbursement and credit limits.
**Job Requirements
1. Possess adequate experience and knowledge in credit adminstration within private banking/wealth management industry.
2. Good understanding of loan products, credit loan covenants and credit control functions.
3. Meticulous in checking details.
4. Good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint will be an advantage.
5. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.
6. Ability to work independently and harmoniously with stakeholders as a strong team member.
7. Possessing problem solving skill and self-driven are essential.
8. Prior experience in credit control and/or documentation functions
