**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cleaning Duites**:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily
- Dust and wipe all surfaces, desks, tables, and office furniture
- Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and corridors.
- Sanitise washrooms regularly and ensure they are stocked with toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.
- Empty trash bins and disposes of waste properly.
**Tea & Pantry Duties**:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Ensure the pantry/kitchen area is clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Wash dishes and utensils after use.
- Monitor and report pantry inventory needs to the Admin/Officer Manager.
- Clean and sanitize Pantry areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances (e.g., microwave, refrigerator).
- Assist with simple clerical task or errands, if required.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by reporting manager and/or management
**Job Requirements**:
- Any experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in an office environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and ability to use them safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and behave professionally.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Friendly and polite demeanour
