**About this Team
**What's the team function?
E-commerce Strategy team is responsible for:

- Oversee entire Profit and Loss of online stores presence on Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10 Amazon.
- Managing all online sales campaign, promotion and pricing, and branding for DASHER stores as well as all other Brand stores.

DISCLAIMER: this team will **NEVER **be involved in operational tasks such as replying chats or packing parcel

**What's your role?
Platform: Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok
- Plan and execute for inter-platform marketing effort (banner, shocking sales, bundle deal, keyword ads).Plan and execute monthly marketing campaign mechanism (lucky draw, complimentary free gift, voucher etc.).
- To negotiate & dealing with online marketplace's person in charge
- Handle submission for online campaign or promotions
- Analyze and present performance report or market analysis to Management or brands (must be data-driven)
- To work with brand(s) in term of reporting and product changes with proper understanding on the brand's perspective
- Responsible for the P&L of the online stores

**What's the skill required?**
- Good command (both spoken and written) in 中文 and English
- Equipped with basic understanding about micro-economics theory (demand, supply and price)
- Strong DATA ANALYTICS skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good presentation skill
- CREATIVE

**Who’s there to support you?
We have our dedicated in house Graphic Designer and Content team to aid you in production of multimedia materials needed for product listing on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon store. You will be working closely with our Procurement and Warehousing team for inventory related issue. We do have Customer Experience team to support in terms of entertaining all customer enquiries and after-sales support.

You will be involved into various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
