**Job Description**:
The Supervisor / Logistics Assistant (S/LA) reports to the CS/Executive and is responsible for the followings:

- Comply to all safety, security, traffic regulations, PSA regulations and other government regulations
- Perform daily warehouse operations activities for all accounts
- Shipments, Inbound, Put Away, Relocation, Picking, Packing and Outbound in a timely and orderly manner
- Ensure handle Vehicles are according to SOPs, customers’ requirements, and safe work practices
- Port clearance inspection checks with defects recorded and ensure all vehicles are checked; Bring relevant documents for Port clearance such as car list, Permits, etc. Report to PSA the number of head count working at PPAT and abide to their rules and regulation. Secure holding area for drivers to collect vehicles
- Tally chassis number against vehicle list and check on vehicles for defects and submit defect report with photos to in-charge promptly
- Tally container number and seal number provided before proceeding to Stuff/Unstuff container with required photos to be taken for reporting purposes
- Ensure operational documents are filled up neatly, accurately and returned to the account holder timely and orderly.
- Perform daily tasks in timely and orderly manner to meet customers’ KPI (e.g. Vehicles send to request location, handover vehicle list to be signed, etc.) and ensure the correct forms are being use and the data are update accordingly
- Rearranging vehicles to make space for new shipments/inbound
- Transfer vehicles from inbound holding area or container to designated storage area and provide accurate location info promptly for in-charge to update timely
- Perform periodic Cycle Count/Stock Take based on schedule given
- Perform upkeeping and housekeeping of warehouse to meet 5S + 1 standards
- Involve in Toolbox meeting, Gemba and report any findings found at any point of time
- Coordinate and assist team members for completion of work related/Ad hoc jobs assigned
- Assist in other warehousing activities; operating forklift (if possess a forklift license), power pallet jack, etc

**Qualifications**:

- Atleast 1 or 2 years of working experience as Logistic/Supply chain
- Able to work independently

Salary : $1850 - $2000 (Depends on experience)
