**Core Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers when they arrive and providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Greeting diners to the table upon arrival and introducing them to the menu.
- Maintains familiarity with menu items and brand information to answer customer’s questions and give recommendations.
- Ensure proper hygiene as prescribed in the company guidelines.
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, food safety and sanitation standard during food and beverage preparation.
- Have a solid knowledge on coffee.
- Make coffee with the right calibration, pouring and latte art skills.
- Acquire deep knowledge on assorted coffee nd tea varieties to prepare quality beverages.
- Ensure proper uniform, punctuality and grooming are according to company policy and standard.
- Taking orders of the customers and entering them into the POS system to be processed and transferred to the kitchen.
- To receive and confirm reservations.
- To collect food orders from the kitchen and verify that it is plated correctly.
- Process payments to customers.
- Manage the stock-taking of inventories to ensure a smooth operation.
- Proactive to handle and resolve customer’s problems if necessary.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months to a year of coffee making experience.
- Strong interest in making beverages with willing to learn attitude.
- Eye for details and organised.
- Fun and energetic personality with a positive attitude to serve with customer delight.
- Adhere to proper standards, ensure accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed and work under pressure - specifically during busy dining periods.
- Must have the ability to work overtime, on special events, weekends and Public Holidays when needed.
- Above all, you must be passionate about what you do.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $15.00 per hour
