**Job Responsibilities:= **The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Public Address (PA) System
- Provide PA support and assist to train PA crew (comprising student volunteers) to take charge of Public Address System equipment/service during Assembly and school events.
- Assist in the maintenance of PA systems in school - monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate unresolved problems to relevant vendors; coordinate with vendors on site where installation and repair works are required

2. Audio-Visual Resources
- Manage AV equipment during all key school events.
- Handle all AV set-up requests for school events - ensure requests by staff and external parties (pre-approved by P/VP) are met.
- Maintain inventory and loan records of AV and PA-related equipment.
- Provide consultation to HOD (ICT) on the AV needs of the school and work with vendors to propose solutions that meet the PA / AVA needs of the school in terms of technical specifications and market pricing.
- Assist the HOD (ICT) in the purchase of AV equipment and services based on school’s needs (through bulk tenders, small value purchase and calling quotations), bearing in mind the compliance guidelines for school on procurement.
- Provide assistance in the condemnation of AV resources.
- Manage AV equipment in classrooms and all other special rooms and monitor the equipment usage and maintenance on a termly basis.

3. Broadcast System
- Provide support for broadcast studio usage; support live broadcast and video coverage for school activities; Train media club students on live broadcast system.
- Maintain the school TV broadcast system.

4. Other duties
- Assist in the troubleshooting of simple IT issues and assist the Desktop engineers in the diagnosis of IT problems, where possible.
- Provide support to teachers in printing, laminating, duplicating CD and video services
- Provide support to teachers in teaching and learning, as instructed by HOD(ICT)

**Job Qualifications: = **The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Preferably 3 years of experience working in school
- Preferably NITEC/Diploma in related field
- Well-versed in AV equipment, AV setup and deployment
- Ability to provide IT troubleshooting
