**Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) **BU, is the fully integrated trading arm of the ENGIE Group with about 3300 people, who speak over 20 languages and counts over 40 nationalities. GEMS manages a large and highly diversified energy portfolio, including electricity, natural gas, biomass, LNG and other fuels, CO2 and environmental products, and provides a range of trading risk management solutions to all types of market participants, in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, South America and the US. Our purpose is to manage and deliver low carbon energy to our customers.

In line with the Group’s strategy, GEMS missions are to optimize the Group’s assets and create value, and to ensure a secure and sustainable energy future for B2B clients in line with a low carbon strategy.

GEMS APAC is managed out of Singapore. The Business Platform’s purpose is to perform and develop GEMS’s trading activities in the APAC region around 4 main pillars: risk management and market access, asset management, green solutions and energy supply businesses.

Within the GEMS Business Unit the **Business Platform APAC & Business Platform Global LNG & Biomass **are managing and developing the group’s trading activities for the APAC region as well as the LNG business worldwide.

**WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE**

**Organization**

This role serves as a link between the SG office with Headquarter (Paris & Brussels) collaborate between our various international HR teams to advance the business agenda in the Singapore office. To this end, duties will include (but not limited to):
**Role**
- Support Head of BP APAC HR in executing HR strategy
- Work closely with various stakeholders and constitutes to achieve our business objectives
- Play a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation of the various site HR mandates
- Provide day-to day operational support
- Participate and contribute in the change management process of our suite new HR systems

Note: This is a 1 year contract role

**Main activities**
- Ensure local practices are in full compliant with relevant legislation standards
- Coordinate learning programs on site
- Update HR related documentation and maintain information relevance in a timely manner
- Support in talent acquisitions activities
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement
- Support in HR ad-hoc activities on side and related projects

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Diploma/Degree in HR related disciplines
- 1-2 years of HR related corporate experience in in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision, self-started with initiative

**Technical skills**
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for dealing and support with Chinese counterparts/vendor and internal stakeholders)
- Experienced with SAP Success Factors is a plus
