Together, we can make a difference and create a brighter future for all. **Job Title: Counselling Psychologist** **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with our team of psychologists, counsellors, and other wellness professionals to integrate counselling into clients' holistic treatment plans. - Conduct online therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing platforms. - Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, personal history, and holistic wellness goals. - Develop personalized counselling treatment plans that address clients' mental incapacitation and promote overall well-being. - Provide individual and group counselling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy approaches. - Offer guidance and support to clients as they explore and process emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that contribute to their mental health challenges. - Facilitate psychoeducation sessions on topics related to mental health, self-care, stress management, and holistic wellness. - Empower clients to develop coping skills, resilience, and self-awareness to navigate life's challenges and promote personal growth. - Stay informed about current research and best practices in psychology counselling and mental health. **Requirements**: - Master's degree or higher in Counselling Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution. - Registered counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling - Minimum of 2 years of experience providing counselling services, preferably in a holistic or mental health setting. - Able to commit to a minimum of 10 consultation sessions per week. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients. - Commitment to providing ethical and culturally sensitive counselling services that respect clients' autonomy and diversity. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate client schedules. - Passion for mental wellness and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing mental incapacitation. **Benefits**: - Flexible work schedule. - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. - Competitive commission-based compensation structure.
