Qualification Requiements
- With or without working experience as training will be provided
- Have general kitchen knowledge and basic knife skills
- Know the proper technique in food preparation
- Assist in preparation of main entrée; clean and prepare vegetables and fruits; anticipate and perform preliminary preparation for the next day’s meals
- Operate mixers, ovens, choppers, shredders, steamers, grills, grinders, steam kettles, fry kettles, food processors, and other kitchen equipment
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage, and steam-cleans or hoses garbage containers
