Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an** Assistant Vice President.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
In this role you will
- Working with senior product managers, support product strategy and development, including design, pricing and features
- Co-creation and tracking of campaign outcomes and support engagement with frontline teams
- Develop and share campaign and portfolio insights to support outcomes of the Deposits product team
- Conduct market research and staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs
- Support with product analysis and other data related insights
- Support the Head of Deposits on matters relating to the overall Deposits book
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in Banking or a related field
- Experience in Deposits product management
- Some familiarity with the regulations and policies surrounding retail banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is key
- The job holder will also need to be comfortable working with varied stakeholder groups under dynamic conditions and with large amounts of data
