**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of all warehouse including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and facilities management.
- Assist Warehouse Manager to ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched; goods / order information capture are fully performed accurately and timely as per WI & SOP.
- Optimum space and resource planning though analysis of inbound and outbound volume forecast: plan while ensure productivity, quality and customer service are met.
- Assist Warehouse Manager to manage and monitors the operation KPI.
- Assist Warehouse Manager to manage and monitors the need to replenish warehouse consumable supplies and upgrade/maintenance of material handling equipment.
- Assist Warehouse Manager for cost control to improve and reduce handling and supplies to achieve monthly budget targets.
- Manage cost effectiveness and constantly strive to improve productivity and quality service.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle count.
- Ensure proper storage and good housekeeping standards (5S).
- Establish and maintain standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Others ad-hoc duties related to the warehouse management assigned by direct superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management or experience in managing electronics goods warehouse.
- Experience in WMS and MS Office proficiency will be an advantage
- Possesses initiative and able to work independently
- Strong Leadership, Interpersonal, People Management and Communication skills
- Attention to details and organized.
- A pro-active team player with hands-on approach.
