**Your role in a nutshell**:
Reporting into the Global People Tech Team Lead, you will work as part of the Global People Tech Team contributing to global design and utilisation of TBS GHRIS, providing customer focussed HRIS support services as part of the on-going maintenance, development and integrity of the global HRIS to HR System users.

You will lead the production of standard and ad-hoc reports in support of department/market needs including Regional and Global KPI’s.

**More about the role**:

- Responsible for day to day running of relevant People Technology Systems and to be initial liaison with software provider/BAU Partner as system administrator/expert
- Responsible for implementing global best practice improvements across the supported People Technology Systems
- To maintain appropriate access levels for system users in line with SOX and GDPR requirements
- Provide functional config support delivery of People Technology projects and development translating business requirements to functional requirements
- Responsible for maintenance of workflows enabling Self-Service, allowing simple or event driven transactions to happen
- Responsible for review, prioritisation, and resolution, or escalation if required, of all system incidents raised
- Conduct system fixes, defects and resolution configuration
- Deliver People Team user training within the region
- Responsible for maintenance of job architecture (job families, roles, job codes, positions and associated organisational structures), including data migration, mapping, and quality
- Maintain core People Team reports for use across all brands in all global markets providing accurate data in a consistent format from relevant systems

**What we look for**:
Having worked as an Information System Analyst, or similar, you will have exceptional attention to detail, an analytical and inquisitive approach, in-depth knowledge of People Tech design and configuration, as well as significant experience in trouble shooting and resolving People Tech issues.

Additionally, you will have advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of HR processes. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to deliver system and process improvements whilst managing stakeholder expectations.

Experience of SAP SuccessFactors is essential, previous experience of JIRA is desirable.
