We are looking for lecturers to teach in Business Management, Logistic Management, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Digital Marketing, or other Business related fields to join our dynamic team We are seeking teachers who are:

- Enthusiastic in lesson delivery and activity planning
- Able to engage students in a directed environment and curriculum
- Have a positive working attitude and a good team player

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work, including delivery of approved lesson plans, preparation, and marking of coursework and assessments
- Prepare examination papers and assignments
- Provide classroom management and necessary supervision to the students
- Give feedback to management about the continual improvement of the class performance
- Support the Academic team to develop and implement teaching strategies based on students' needs to ensure academic quality standards in areas of content, delivery, and assessment are met and continually improved.
- Support the Academic Department to develop the course materials when necessary
- Monitor the performance and progress of each student, including academic counseling
- Mark and grade all course work, assignments, and examination papers
- Develop the curriculums and programs with universities to develop the higher education upgrade passway.
- Assist Administration Department to do documentation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and above in related fields
- With at least 3 years of teaching or training experience in educational institutions. The applicant with teaching experience in learning adults is preferred.
- Applicants who have teaching or working experiences in the areas of Business Administration, Digital Marketing, and Tourism&Hospitality Management are welcomed.
- Applicants with an ACTA certificate of WSQ are welcomed.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Adept in using Microsoft Office and online meeting tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, or other E-learning platforms to conduct online and blended teaching.
- Enable to teach in fluent English or Chinese are both welcomed
