Jobs Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in contributing to the marketing efforts of one of the largest brands in Singapore. The job will include extensive exposure in multi pronged marketing initiatives that includes large scale outdoor advertising, television commercials, radio, brand partnerships, social media, digital and KOL marketing. You will work in a team with other marketing professionals with one common goal in mind, which is to further the company’s interests through each of our individual strengths.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning of yearly marketing calendar including product focus, key campaign message and objectives
- Optimising campaign direction and marketing messages to achieve optimal brand recall and call-to-action
- Conceptualizing and copywriting of key messages and headlines for all marketing campaigns
- Work with various stakeholders including design department for key campaign visuals, sales, retail and ecommerce teams on replicating marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Identifying potential 3rd party brands and constant development of partnerships in line with brand objectives
- Conceptualize and execution of all barter trade initiatives with various platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Watsons, Fairprice etc
- Conceptualize and execute trade marketing initiatives to help trade/retail achieve sales objectives
- Management and execution of campaigns with KOLs, local artistes and talents
- Overseeing of local and overseas photoshoots
- Liaison and management of 3rd party brand partners
- Sourcing and management of PR agency, photographers, event planners and other marketing service providers on all outsourced services.
- Identifying new marketing channels to tap into to increase the brand’s reach and awareness
- Copywriting and upkeep of corporate website
- Creation and upkeep of all corporate marketing materials.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for S&M meeting
- Monitoring and execution of campaign budgets
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Marketing

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any other business discipline
- Minimum 4 years working experience in Marketing
- Hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, social media, KOL, and campaign strategy.
- Strong fluency in English.
- Prior experience in a beauty/health/FMCG industry is preferred, but not essential
- Genuine passion in marketing and creative thinking skills are highly valued.
- A good team player with a collaborative attitude
