Optometrist

Perform refraction and provide glasses prescription for patients
- Need to operate ophthalmic diagnostic and investigation equipments. Training will be provided
- Assist doctor during clinic operations and during patient consultation
- Assist Clinic Manager in administrative tasks in submission and logistic flow
- Pre-operation, post-operation counselling and financial counselling for patients
- Front counter duties - registration, preparation of drugs and dispensing of medicine, collection of payment and appointment fixing
- Educate patients on vision status, high quality vision eye care and usage of various optical aids
- Handle the patient enquiries
- Maintain good condition of equipment
- Maintain accurate medical files for all patients
- **Job requirements**:_
- Diploma/ Degree in Optometry
- Fully registered with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred
- Able to work independently and proactively
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate, friendly, Patient, and cheerful disposition
- 5.5 days work week
- Work location: Novena
- Working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday), 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (Saturday)
