When you join MUFG you will be invited to join our Mastering Private Equity Program. This bespoke program is an opportunity for you to gain the skills and knowledge you need to flourish as a Private Equity Fund Accountant. During this 4 week intensive program you will receive dedicated training from some of our most experienced SMEs. You will learn the basics of how Private Equity Funds work right through to how they are valued and processed using our state of the art systems. This is not your standard Induction Training, this is a program that will elevate your entire career in the Fund Administration industry.

You will:

- Prepare reconciliations of cash, positions, and accruals of client funds managed within the team
- Prepare pricing of portfolios ensuring all holdings are priced observing the applicable fund documents and valuation policies
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculation and allocation
- Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management and waterfall, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents
- Prepare Investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&L is allocated correctly
- Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements
- Complete other ad hoc requests and projects
- Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients, ensuring all deliverables and requests are met
- Prepare audited Financial Statements, audit, and other regulatory services, as applicable

**Key Requirements**
- University Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
