We are seeking a dependable and resourceful **Shipping Agent**to join our cleint growing team specializing in **husbandry services**. You will play a critical role in managing port calls, coordinating ship crew logistics, and ensuring timely execution of all husbandry-related operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced marine environment and liaising with vessel crews, port authorities, and service providers, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate pre-arrival and post-departure arrangements for vessels including crew sign-on/off, provisioning, bunker supply, medical assistance, and spares delivery.
- Manage Cash to Master (CTM) and ensure secure, timely disbursement to ship’s master.
- Liaise with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), terminal operators, and private wharves for crew-related formalities and vessel clearance.
- Monitor port schedules and berth availability to provide clients with timely updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., arrival/departure reports, DA submissions, statements of facts).
- Coordinate emergency support such as urgent hospital visits, repatriation, and loss prevention cases.
- Track and follow up on invoices, charges, and operational costs to ensure proper billing.
- Ensure compliance with ISPS regulations and safety protocols when attending vessels.
- Provide 24/7 operational support during vessel port calls on a rotational basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship masters, clients, and vendors for smooth communication and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in shipping agency or husbandry operations preferred
- Good knowledge of port, immigration, and customs regulations in Singapore
- Willing to work outdoors and be on call (including odd hours)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple vessel calls simultaneously
- Possess Class 3 driving license (advantageous)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills — able to liaise confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse or delivery-related work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); strong computer skills; knowledge of basic inventory or sales systems is a bonus.
- Bilingual ability (English + Mandarin or other regional languages) is a plus for liaising with suppliers/clients.
