**Purpose of this role**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
Execution of daily order fulfillment tasks/activities
Ensure Order completeness before releasing to warehouse operations
Liaise closely with Regional Customer Representative or Service Admin for all order package requirement including logístical and documentation arrangement
orders are processed on time and customers logistics requirements are arranged
Act as a liaison between customer service, supply and demand planning, manufacturing, operations and freight forwarders; to ensure shipment performance and customer satisfaction, proactively communicate with all parties, and troubleshooting issues, problems identification and resolution.
**Accountable to meet KPIs**: on time delivery to customers, and revenue targets.
Monitor service provider’s compliance of procedure, service levels and continuous reduction in logistic expenses.
Work with cross functional team including warehouse, Finance, Buyers to achieve order readiness for shipment.
Coordination with forwarders or courier for the delivery requirement and manage their performance.
Responsible for On-time delivery of ADC Sale and Service orders, analyze the OTD performance and root cause
Ensure compliances with all requirements (ISO, 5S, GMP, EHS)
Participate in Kaizen projects and continuous process improvement.
Execute and adhere to Logistics Standard Work or plan for quality, cost, delivery & growth.
Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and SCIEX safety policies, procedures and guidelines

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in the areas of Warehousing and Logistics or Order Fulfillment management.
Knowledge of Trade Documentations, Incoterm and import/export requirement.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
