We are looking for a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Program Manager/Senior Executive to lead and direct the execution of clinical, education and research initiatives under the TCM program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project management for the TCM program.
- Provide administrative support for integrative medicine service and acupuncture clinic.
- Provide administrative support for education activities.
- Coordinate research study related activities.
- Participate in the provision of evidence-based information in response to traditional medicine-related enquiries received, under supervision from members of the Traditional Medicine Information Service Working Committee:
a) Handle telephone enquiries from healthcare providers on various aspects of traditional medicines including herbal and proprietary medicines.
- b) Understand and interpret traditional medicine information resources, and to transmit that information understandably to healthcare providers.
- c) Collect data on enquiries received and responses provided.
- d) Analyse data collected on a regular basis for reporting purpose and compiles monographs for use as references.

**Job Requirements**
- Double Degree in Biomedical Sciences and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Certification from the Singapore Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board will be preferred.
- Good teamwork orientation, communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels including other and coach junior staff.
- Ability to interact and liaise with other departments and agencies including government bodies and private institutions.
- Possess good secretarial and administrative skills.
- Able to work independently with initiative and creativity.
- Proficient in MS Office.
