Part of the Executive Committee, you possess strong business acumen as you oversee the finance function which include budget and planning, accounting, financial controls, compliance, tax and finance operations.

Anchored by a strong financial team, you will work closely with CEO and Board of Directors to evaluate strategiic business matters - new business and mergers and acquisitions.

Armed with a good balance of entrepreneurial spirit and corporate excellence, you will have the gumption and strategic finance leadership to drive potential IPO.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Finance Leadership**
- Build the finance function into a competitive advantage that helps secure the company’s long-term success.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and growth aspirations.
- Promote appropriate finance strategies, metrics and analyses to drive organisation performance.
- Establish credibility throughout the organisation and with the board as part of the executive team.
- Generally, provide leadership in all aspects of the business.

**Management and Leadership**
- Lead the finance function to excellence.
- Establish strong collaboration and rapport with all departments.
- Promote understanding within the finance function’s importance and value.

**Overseeing Finance Operations**
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, consolidation and reporting, etc.
- Business (budget) planning and monitoring.
- Financial statements preparation and analyses.
- Drive continuous improvements in finance systems, policies and processes.
- At least 15 years’ finance-related experience. A combination of professional audit/accounting firm and in-house finance experience preferred.
