**Corporate Administration & Infrastructure Department**

The Corporate Administration & Infrastructure Department (CAID) is responsible for managing and implementing initiatives pertaining to the workspace of GIC’s global offices in 11 locations including workplace sustainability and wellness, strategic procurement of office goods and services and market data, enterprise digital workplace solutions, as well as the business continuity management program. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Crisis Management (CM)/Business Continuity Management (BCM)**
- Oversee and execute the Global CM/BCM programme and projects globally, which includes collaboration across departments and offices and managing external vendors and providers, to meet GIC’s business needs, support organizational resiliency and maintain the ISO221301 certification.
- Review and align corporate-wide crisis and business continuity plans arising from the risk/threats from changes in the regulatory, organization structure, people, process and environment including working with all levels in organising, coordinating and administering committee meetings, trainings, exercises, audits and maintain operational readiness.
- Coordinate with overseas incident management teams to respond to global widespread major incidents in response to natural disasters and other types of business disruptions.
- Partners with global offices/cross functional teams to maintain their risk/threats assessments and CM/BCM plans, and to identify, propose and deliver initiatives using cutting techniques and technologies e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics etc. to improve overall effectiveness of the CM/BCM
- Perform the role of secretariat supporting the CM/BCM programme.
- Lead in managing crises/incidents ensuring swift resolution, mínimal disruptions and identifies root causes of incident for continual improvement.
- Assist in providing regular reports and metrics to management on CM/BCM. (For example, Crisis incidents)
- Keep abreast of market trends on CM/BCM developments, and leverage the knowledge to drive process improvements and efficiencies within the domain. (e.g., use of new technologies like mass notification system, BCM/CM systems, etc.)
- **Workplace Physical Security**
- Oversee and manage the Global Physical Security policy and practices benchmarked to the industry best practice.
- Oversee timely and efficient execution of tasks and support of the day-to-day functions for workplace security/safety which include overseeing requests from global offices.
- Review and align corporate-wide policies and processes arising from the risk/threats assessments from changes in the regulatory, organization structure, people, process and environment.
- Lead in managing incidents management, ensuring swift resolution, mínimal disruptions and identifies root causes of incidents for continual improvement.
- Assist in providing regular reports and metrics to management on workplace security. (For example, unauthorised access).
- Keep abreast of market trends on workplace security developments, and leverage the knowledge to drive process improvements and efficiencies within the domain. (e.g. use of new technologies like facial verification for authentications, etc.)
- Oversee and manage projects and initiatives that improves the overall effectiveness of the team’s function across global offices.

**Experience and Attributes Requirements**
- A good degree in Engineering / Facility / Project Management.
- At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in office building management and/ or business continuity management, preferably within an MNC or financial industry. Relevant Corporate CM/BCM/Workplace physical security experience in incident and crisis response and emergency management.
- High personal integrity, intellectual curiosity and ability to exercise initiative. Self-directed and results oriented, with preference for a fast-paced work environment.
- Competent team player, with emphasis on team results and goals.
- Strong customer-orientation, interpersonal and communications skills, with ability to manage key business stakeholders.
- Well-organized with good project and time management skills, and adaptability to evolving situations.
- Budget and cost management experience. Experience in root cause analysis, industry benchmarking, survey evaluation and data interpretation and analysis.
- Knowledge with SAP, MS Suites to include Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Projects, Planner. Working knowledge with big data presentation would be an advantage (e.g. Tableau).
- Ability to multi-task and travel. Willingness to be on call 24 hours
