Singapore INCOME INSURANCE LIMITED Full time

The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) plays a crucial role towards Income’s vision of insurance made different by leading innovative digital initiatives and building new business models to serve digital-first consumers and position Income for the future. Some examples include the first rainsurance in Singapore which protects individuals against fare surge on ride-hailing platforms and the first micro-insurance in Southeast Asia which offers flexible pay-per-trip micro premium and accumulative coverage for Grab drivers.

As a Product Launcher of a new business team, you will set and provide direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project. You will partner closely with the Lead to assess value, develop use cases and prioritise stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. You will be actively involved in planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. In doing so, you play a crucial role in managing timelines and mitigating impediments impacting successful product updates, while delivering a great experience for the customers.
- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, working closely with the development teams, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
- Responsible for product release process and coordinating all activities required to bring the product to market, including coordinating User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing
- Collaborate well in a team and across cross-functional teams within Income (e.g. IT, Underwriting, Finance, Claims) to scope product requirements, bridging gaps and aligning all teams involved

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years track record of digital product management
- Experience and knowledge of the insurance industry will be advantageous
- Experience with IT development processes, in both waterfall/agile delivery approach
- Outstanding communication, presentation, organisational and time management skills
- Sharp, analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong ownership and project management skills, quick learner, result driven, logical
- Keep abreast with competitive landscape and new trends
