**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage **SRX (Safety Rx Eyewear) orders**accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with optical shops, customers, and internal teams to **track and coordinate order status**, lens fitting, and dispatch schedules.
- Maintain and update detailed **Excel reports**related to inventory, order tracking, delivery status, and performance metrics.
- Perform **data entry**, order verification, and document management with precision.
- Liaise with the logistics team to **coordinate deliveries and troubleshoot any delays**or issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Optical team as needed to ensure efficient workflow.Identify and escalate urgent issues that may impact customer satisfaction or order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **administrative or supply chain support roles**, preferably in optical or healthcare-related industries.
- Strong **numerical and analytical skills**.
- Good **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Ability to handle **multiple phone calls and manage communication professionally**.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with optical shops, eyewear supply chains, or SRX products is an advantage.Familiarity with order management systems or ERP tools.
