**Job Role and Responsibility,**
- Collaborate with the global team of Controls Narrative Writers to translate process requirements into associated control documents.
- Identify gaps and effectively communicate solutions to automation & control challenges.
- On time and on budget completion of automation & control deliverables in project execution.
- Support project managers in sourcing, evaluating, purchasing and managing for IC&A equipment vendors and sub-contractors.
- Participate in pre commissioning FAT / quality checks to ensure product going to site is ready to hit the ground running.
- Remote and on-site support to commissioning and troubleshooting internal and customers plants in Asia Pacific.

**Knowledge And Requirements,**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electrical, Control, or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation, of which will include a reasonable degree of demonstrated “hands on” success. Experience in process automation in waste or wastewater treatment plant is an advantage.
- Experience in hands-on producing control narratives and other control and automation design documents and drawings.
- Possess knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, & IoT concepts and latest / up & coming trends.
- Knowledge and experience in process plant electrical system design is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English. Able to communicate effectively with internal customers (Applications, Automation & Controls, and Commissioning) as well as external customers.
- Proven ability to problem-solve remotely and in the field.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded personality and passionate about working with global and multi-cultural teams.
- Passionate, highly driven, and hard-working, portrays an entrepreneurial spirit, a great team player and gets things done. Has the ability to self-start tasks without dropping the ball waiting for responses from others. Inquisitive, solutions oriented. “Can do” attitude.
