Consumer Products (DC Comics: Batman, DC Comics: Justice League, Looney Tunes, Harry Potter, Tom and Jerry, Scooby-Doo, The Great Gatsby), Hasbro (G1 Transformers, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons), Godzilla, Ultraman, Sanrio and more. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Affairs Manager to join our dynamic sales team. **Sales & Distribution** - Providing overall support to the Business Head of Sales and Distribution of all XM product categories in assigned markets - Develop and recommend sales strategies to achieve KPIs for the assigned markets - Tracking of sales performance and conduct sales analysis by key distributors for all product categories - Manage and review current network of distributors, and work closely with distributors on sales programs to achieve sales targets - Develop and support distributor marketing programs, including but not limiting to social media campaigns, events and conventions to engage both current collectors and new collectors. - Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations **Business Affairs Projects** - Assist and spearhead special projects including: conventions, new sales channels such as e-commerce, live streaming, distribution centre development, XM retail store sales programs, OEM projects and other special projects as assigned - Project manage and lead efforts between multiple stakeholders and teams - Manage and prioritise frequent feedback from multiple stakeholders as projects develop, including flagging shortfalls and proactively identifying possible solutions - Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, proactively communicating updates across internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant fields: Business Development, Sales & Distribution, Project Management. - Keen interest in Toy Collectibles and Pop Culture categories is an advantage - Hand-on mentality, able to work better when given autonomy - Strong project management skills and ability to execute multiple projects within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and reviewers - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with stakeholders - Comfortable with working in a fun-dynamic business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality
