The Songwriter Music College and FM Pop Music school, the education arms of Funkie Monkies Music, are leading music institutions specialising in Songwriting, offering enrichment and diploma courses for hobbyists and professionals to break into the international music industry, through the Funkie Monkies music ecosystem. The other arms of Funkie Monkies Music include music publishing, music production, artist management and music distribution.

The role of the _Sales and Marketing Executive (Product) _is to generate and convert leads through traditional and digital marketing platforms, as well as develop and execute new social media and sales strategies.

**Job Description**:
**_Marketing _**
- Strategise and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads for FM Pop Music School and The Songwriter Music College
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Strategise and content creation for FM Pop Music School and The Songwriter Music College
- Manage social media channels and campaigns
- Design of marketing materials, which includes EDM visuals, brochures, social media visuals, etc
- Custodian for the college’s webpages and to ensure all content is updated regularly in a timely manner with appropriate branding and messaging
- Provide administrative support to marketing activities

**_Sales _**
- Assist the Manager in all student recruitment activities
- Provide front-line customer service and course consultation
- Answer and manage all enquiries from prospective applicants in a timely manner
- Lead conversions for FM Pop Music School and The Songwriter Music College
- Event coordination and planning of events and Open House
- Provide administrative support to sales activities

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field; relevant Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic start-up style environment
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Must possess initiative and be able to work independently with a positive attitude
- Proficient in basic graphic design, video editing, Canva, Google Workspace, Adobe and MS Office plications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Having knowledge in digital marketing tools and strategies related to Media Buying, SEO and SEM is a plus
- Experience in the education sector and/or music industry is advantageous
