Mejga is a trading company importing and exporting automotive spare parts globally, specialising in managing the supply chain for our clients. We focus on building sustainable business relationships for the long term and we believe in the same for our people. We are looking for an entry-level warehouse admin to help us with our warehouse operations and supply chain flow. On-the-job training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and process documentation to facilitate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Print labels for shipments
- Update shipment and parts data in the ERP
- Support and coordinate with English and Chinese speaking staff
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
**Requirements**:
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
**Salary**:
- SGD 1800-2500 with other benefits
