Night Cleaner

Wash and place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage / kitchen areas and ensure that food preparation areas, facilities (washroom, dining and bar area), or equipment are kept clean. Carry out cleaning and mopping duty daily and when ad-hoc needs arise.
- Ensure that all kitchen areas, equipment, washroom and outlet cleaning standards are met.
- Sort and remove trash and place it in designated pickup areas at regular timing to ensure no overflowing of rubbish.
- Ensure that the cleaning tools and inventory are maintained and well-stock.
- Inform management with regards to deficiency or needs for repair.
- Able to use all stewarding equipment safely and properly as required.
- Follow all health and safety regulation.
- Assist in the preparation and packing of store supplies to the respective storage area.
- Able to carry other ad-hoc duty as assigned.

**Salary**: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
