**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will support our Asian consulting team based out of Singapore (or any other of South-East Asia’s capital cities), to become a part of our global healthcare consulting organization. By building a powerful network and with your business development capabilities, you will contribute to growing the practice in line with our business targets.
- You will be directly accountable for small projects and workstreams within larger projects across one or more of our consulting practices, namely, Operations, Digital, Value Creation and Centers of Excellence consulting. Delivering every project to the highest quality standard and on budget, you will support your team effectively in solving problems through analytical rigor and innovative solutions. This will require you to gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
- You will support project acquisition and delivery through ongoing collaboration with our partners.
- You will further enhance your skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Our consultants receive exceptional training and professional development. You will further grow your own healthcare knowledge independently and grow familiar with Siemens Healthineers products and processes.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You are an undergraduate or have a master’s degree with consistently outstanding academic record; an advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, M.D. etc.) is preferred.
- You have 3 - 5 years of consulting experience from renowned consulting firms. Hospital consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- You have experience in financial modelling, preferably for healthcare providers.
- You demonstrate strong affiliation to the healthcare sector and/or to healthcare providers, either through extensive previous project experience or by previous work experience in a clinic or an institution in the healthcare industry.
- Ideally, you are familiar with clinical pathways, processes, and their optimization.

You will interact with multiple clients and work with several colleagues in various functional areas within Siemens Healthineers.
- You stand out due to exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You can communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and preferably in one other language spoken in the region.
- Furthermore, you are willing to travel in the region, as required.
