Job Description

You will be supporting the Investment team of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Head, Investment of CLARML.

Responsibilities
- Support business development efforts for real estate investment and development opportunities
- Assist in preparation of investment proposals and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc
- Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for investments
- Assist in analysing investment performance at asset level and at portfolio level
- Conduct market research and maintain market database to keep abreast of updated information and new trends

Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Analytical, resourceful and good communication skills
- Strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Industry knowledge and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage
