**[Hiring] Full-Time K-pop Instructor (3-5K/month + Commission)**

Location: Dhoby Ghaut, Singapore

Compensation: SGD $3,000 - $5,000/month (base) + performance commission

Role: Full-time

ONESTAGE is looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced K-pop Instructor to join our core team. This isn’t just a teaching role — it’s a chance to shape young talents and build something impactful from the ground up.

**✨ What You’ll Do**:

- Teach K-pop dance classes (kids to teens, beginner to intermediate)
- Choreograph for internal showcases, competitions, and digital content
- Guide students in confidence-building, technique, and stage presence
- Collaborate with the team to develop our signature curriculum
- Participate in performance planning, assessment, and creative projects
- Support student growth and talent tracking through regular evaluations

**You Should Have**:

- A background in dance, performing arts, or a related field
- Strong skills in K-pop choreography (especially girl group/boy group styles)
- Prior teaching or coaching experience with children/teens
- A positive, reliable, and team-player attitude
- Bonus: Singing ability, Mandarin proficiency, or experience creating social media content
