Senior Executive, Business Development

Personal Lines Department focuses on insurance products for individual such as Travel, Home and Personal Accident. As a Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with the team to grow and achieve the sales channels' business target, run campaigns, organize events and conduct trainings for advisors.
You will also have a good exposure to Personal Lines insurance products and have the opportunity to develop interpersonal skills through engagement with different stakeholders.
**Job description**:
- Responsible for business development in Agency and Trade Specific Agents (TSA) Channels
- Engage key stakeholders to drive sales directions successfully
- Develop strong relationship with agents at ground level to drive desired behaviours
- Able to run organisation events from planning to execution stages
- Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, assess potential risks and propose solutions
- Strategize and develop campaigns and marketing plans for channels
- Oversee and execute sales activities and initiatives to achieve sales targets
- Provide monthly sales performance report and generate campaigns report updates regularly
- Review the competencies of agents
- Conduct monthly branch sharing
- Conduct product and sales concept selling trainings for agents
- Handle enquiries from front-liners and channels
- Handle complaints/feedbacks
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experiences of business development in agency and/or TSA channels are preferred.
- Proven track record in managing sales activities and driving sales performance
- Agility to deal with market challenges and keep abreast of developments
- Strong in people skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous and strong execution skills
- Ability to handle agents with speed and tact
