**What the role is**
- Plan and oversee official surveys, ensuring they are completed with high response rates - Provide regular updates of survey progress and statistics to senior management - Analyze operational data to improve processes and propose new initiatives - Provide guidance and advice to survey supervisors and interviewers to ensure that surveys are conducted in a timely and reliable manner - Coordinate with relevant teams to provide solutions for escalated cases - Analyze data collected to ensure that they are of good quality

**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or data-centric roles - Ability to work with diverse groups of people - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and proactive in finding solutions to problems - Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
