**Senior Digital Editor - GirlStyle Singapore**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Directly supervises thesocial media contents & campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and day-to-day activities.
- Hire, supervise and coach editors. Oversee tasks done by web content editor, video content editors and project editors/ copywriter
- Coordinate editorial and advertorial content management, in both articles and videos.
- Set and execute content direction ＆ policies, enhance branding of the responsible media platform, and assist in rebranding when necessary.
- Maintain editorial & advertorial content quality and quantity
- Ensure all content published comply with company guidelines and fundamental page's direction.
- Maintain and increase editorial as well as advertorial quality & quantity as KPI. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Reports to content strategy team in HQ

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Degree holder
- 3+ years of experience in editorial, copywriting and creative content development for digital media in the form of text and video content, with at least 1 year in supervisory level
- Through understanding of trendy Female Lifestyle content including Beauty, Fashion, Health & fitness and other Lifestyle content
- Proven track record of creating digital contents in text and video from for engagement
- Comprehensive editing skills
- Knowledge of video production flow and procedures
- Ability to develop various editorial styles for different target audience and platforms
- Leadership, trend consciousness and creativity
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus
