As Environmental Project Manager, you will assist and support the Project Management Team in their environmental initiatives and tracking of the environmental impact of constructing and operating of our Data Centre projects. Primarily you will work closely with the Project Management Team but also you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our projects reduce their carbon impact, and we accurately track and report on environmental and sustainability data.
- You will be based at our head office in Singapore but may be required to travel overseas for work if you are tasked to assist on an overseas project.- Assist the Project Managers and the Head of Projects in the gathering and reporting of environmental data, tracking of Embodied Carbon and Carbon Capture & Storage
- Assist and advise the Project Management Team on strategies and initiatives on how to reduce the carbon footprint of projects
- Assist in conducting environmental risk assessments
- Work with the project teams to identify and specify data required from contractors, consultants and suppliers for reporting
- Summarize required data into reports or sections of reports
- Interpret and provide visualisation of environmental and sustainability data in tabular and/or graphical formats
- Support the Project Managers in documentation to enable Project Handover timely to Client, Asset Owner and Operation team respectively
- Manage and execute other duties/responsibilities from time to time as assigned by the Head of Project Management
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in an Environmental science
- Clear understanding of Embodied Carbon and Carbon Capture & Storage
- Understanding of Data Centres
- Understand how construction & building materials impact the Environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Very good Presentation and Administration skills
- Able to work well with others and have good customer service skills
- Proactive, flexible and open to change
