Social Worker

- _Conduct assessments and ensure child’s developmental needs are met;_
- _Develop holistic child-centric case plans for each child with moderate/high needs and provide monitoring and follow up to address any barriers to regular preschool attendance support from intake until child graduates from programme;_
- _Engage parents with knowledge and skills on meeting child’s developmental needs;_
- _Work closely with community partners/stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote positive child development outcomes;_
- _Provide last mile delivery of support to families._
- _Able to ensure timely documentation and management of data for programme delivery_

**_Requirements_**
- _MUST possess minimum Degree in Social Work_
- _At least 3-5 years’ experience in social service sector, working with families preferred and including at least 1 year supervisory experience._
- _Strong interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Organised and resourceful_
- _Passionate about working with children and families with an interest in early childhood development._
