**Responsibilities**:

- Execute product development process from bench-scale through commercialization, and continue technical support throughout production.
- Plan and execute lab, pilot and field tests.
- Interact with customers/clients/collaborators to identify new needs and initiate solutions.
- Work with R&D and business units to screen ideas/technologies and conceive technology solutions.
- Work with internal resources, suppliers and development partners to execute projects.
- Cross department and subsidiary or sister companies’ coordination and communication to ensure aligned execution of pilot test project.
- Document project work and report out to management.
- Familiarize with the existing production process and support quality team on documentation preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in membrane development, pilot testing, or water and wastewater treatment is highly desirable
- Microsoft words, excels, power point literate
- Fresh graduates may apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,800.00 per month
