Ido Program Manager

As a IDO Program Manager in Agilent, you are primarily responsible for designing and leading Service & Support programs and processes at assigned countries in the SAJK region (South Asia, Southeast Asia excluding India) to meet the needs of customers and improve channel and distribution competency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally such as sales, field service, customers operations, and other vendors to coordinate, implement and ensure the ongoing success of these programs.
Also, you will be expected to deliver business revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth which will focus on Chromatography (GC/LC/GC-MS/LC-MS) and Spectroscopy (UV/AA/ICP OES/ICP MS/FTIR/Dissolution) products of assigned account(s).
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess and determine budget, structure, schedule, support requirements, risk of maintenance and pricing program/project, including reviewing its delivery and performance.
- Build, maintain and manage relationships with distributors and channel partner.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and distributors and keep them abreast of product updates (e.g. new technology, configuration changes, guaranteed support services).
- Participate in regional business reviews to monitor, align, and drive commercialization or support efforts.
- Look for opportunities to continuously improve customer support & service offerings, processes, and performance to drive customer satisfaction and build a customer centric mentality.
- Maintain effective communication and teamwork cross-functionally within the entire IDO platform support community to support channel sales and customers.
- Assist customers, manage costing and coordinate implementation of complex integrated service solutions.
- Monitor training gaps and plan trainings for channel partners, distributors, and their customers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or University Degree equivalent education preferably in Science related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in analytical instrumentation support and/or sales/commercial.
- Strong business management with experience in supervising financial and process to drive growth and changes.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability in developing and leading the execution of complex analytical instrument service and maintenance programs.
- Experience in managing channel partner or 3rd party service provider preferred.
- Expertise with BI or digital tool (Flow, PowerApps, Qlik and etc.) will be added advantage.
- Passion for service with a personable character and takes a customer orientated approach when resolving problems/issues.
- Strong business acumen and high adaptability to navigate through complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills to influence and persuade people of all levels.
- A _people_ person - skilled in building and maintaining successful relationships within the team and with internal and external partners globally.
- Diplomatic, collaborative and team-orientated.
- Strong writing and verbal communication and presentation skills which is clear, respectful, and timely.
- Enjoy working with and visiting customers.
- Open and willing to travel for work (Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Philippines and etc).
