Singapore Bright Hill Evergreen Home Full time

Manage Stock Management System and constantly keep the record up to date on a daily basis
- Attend to requisitions submitted by the Requestor/ Departments and issue the supplies
- To supply and replenish items to the respective Requestor/ Department.
- Work closely with colleague from various Department on donation items related matters
- Repackaging of daily use & other bulk items into smaller packets and issued to the relevant departments.
- Perform housekeeping and general cleaning of the store so as to keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
- Keep record of groceries, food, equipment, toiletries items and others donated by the member of the public.
- Ensure the groceries are store properly and keep track of the expiry date of the food items.
- Support logistics duties (including loading and unloading of supplies, furniture, equipment and donation).
- Support collection of donation within and out of the nursing home.
- Assist in logístical set-up for nursing home events, volunteer events and vaccination programme
- Refilling of toiletries, chemicals hand wash and hand rub supplies and m-fold paper.
- Transferring of bulky items and equipment to offices, ward or bin centre.
- Adheres to all workplace safety, security guidelines when performing duties & handling of store supplies.
- Report any general work issues, abnormalities, safety hazards to the manager &supervisor immediately.
- Any other task assigned by manager from time to time.

**Job requirement**
- Minimum secondary or above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Computer literacy for system management
- Comfortable to perform alternate shift duties, 5 or 5.5 days work week ( 8.30am-5.30pm, 8.30am - 12.30pm).
