Telemarketer / Telesales Surveyor

**Job Title**: Telemarketer/ Tele-sales cum Surveyor (Basic + Commission)

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our range of general insurance products, including but not limited to home, auto, and commercial insurance.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information and identifying their insurance needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to provide quotes and close sales.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of insurance products is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
- Comfortable working with CRM software and other office technology.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle rejection.
